Partnerships, the Single Confidence Target, CAAs and LAAs, Process Improvement, The Policing Pledge…

To fulfil the intense need for specialised updates in the world of performance management, the 10th Annual Performance Management for Police event will once again provide the UK police service, and those countries with similar challenges, with a forum to discuss and dissect the very latest performance guidelines, targets, initiatives and strategies to combat a lack of resources and become as high-performing as possible.

Designed for both the strategic view and the tactical approach, each year Police Forces and Authorities descend on London to networking and set their plans for the future performance management programmes. To quote one of 2009’s attendees, the annual conference is:

"A unique opportunity to be in the same room as leaders and practitioners of performance management. Up to date and cutting edge information to take back home. "
- Michael DeSilva, Bermuda Police Service
